What to expect during your first SPMU brow appointment 

1. Consultation & Patch Test Check

We’ll start with a quick chat to check your patch test and make sure there are no issues. Then we’ll go over your brow goals, any inspiration you’ve got, and what shape, style and tone will suit your features best.

2. Custom Mapping & Design

Your brows will be carefully mapped using your bone structure and natural brow position to create perfect symmetry. You’ll be able to preview the shape and give feedback before anything begins.

3. Colour Matching

We’ll choose a pigment that complements your skin tone and hair colour for the most natural looking results.

5. The Treatment

Using your chosen technique (ombré, nano or combination), the pigment is gently implanted into the skin. This can take around 1.5-2hrs hours depending on your brows.

6. Aftercare Advice

You’ll be given full aftercare instructions and your healing timeline. Expect your brows to go through some changes in colour and peeling over the next 7–14 days this is completely normal.
